Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, microstructure and mechanical properties of mechanical milled Mg powder alloy were investigated experimentally depending on temperature in Pin-on disk wear test device. Four load sensors and one temperature sensor were calibrated and one of the temperature sensors were calibrated and the load sensors were calibrated. The electrical force values given by the force values in terms of Newton graphs were obtained. These graphs show linear behavior. Equations of linear lines were obtained and entered into the LabView program on the computer connected to the test device. The electrical value temperature ratio of the temperature sensor from the catalog is also entered. Reinforced Mg parts produced by powder metallurgy have also been tested in the wear tester. The abrasion test was carried out under a load of 20N and the engine speed was 30 rpm. Wear amounts were determined by the scales with a sensitivity of ten thousandths. After all; wear-time behavior of the parts were tried to be determined, friction coefficients were observed to change over time and temperature changes were obtained. In addition, temperature flares were added to Pin-on disc wear mechanism and the wear behavior of the parts produced by powder metallurgy according to each other and temperature increase at 100 °C were compared.
