For the first year of secondary schools- yeni sarf-i Osmânî (new morphology of ottoman Tuskish): Text-translation into modern Turkish-terms index-facsimile

The Yeni Sarf-ı Osmânî, which we have been working on, belongs to morphology and was prepared by a commission. The text we have is the tenth edition and belongs to the year 1331 (1912-1913). In the work prepared for the second grade students of secondary school, the essence of the subject was explained and then this expression was supported with exercises. Our study consists of Introduction, Text in Latin Letters, Translation, Index of Terms, Glossary and Facsimile. The scope of the study is based on the translation of the work into Latin letters, translation into modern Turkish and index of terms. With the Latinization of the work and the index of terms, it is aimed to create an idea about the language, grammatical understanding and grammatical terms of the period through the work we are dealing with. In the introduction section, grammar books prepared in the Anatolian/Ottoman field are mentioned and studies related to them are included, and in the text study section, the text in Arabic script is transferred to Latin script. While translating the work into Turkey Turkish, the meaning of the terms in the work was taken into account and a comprehensible translation was observed. With the index of terms, it is aimed to reveal the grammatical terms of the period, to explain these terms and to contribute to linguistic studies.
