Clothes design of membran fabric

Membrane is membranous structure that can form a selective permeability and barrier to some materials and gas. Because of its selective permeability property, it is used in different application such as purification of city water, fruit juice concentration as well as in the dialyse machines. The aim of the usage in textile is to make use of its membranous structure that can form a barrier to water, wind, bacteria and chemical materials. This membranous structure can convert to a fabric in the form of 2 or 3 layered laminate. It is important that the fabric on the top surface of membrane lamination should also support this property. If requested, the top surface fabric can be formed in some specifications to be protective from flame or heat. Guarding the body against water, wind, cold and heat, it also puts out the water generated by the motions of the body, in the form of water steam. The thermal comfort is provided when the fabric gives suitable protection to the requested field. This textile product having a special structure will meet the requirements only with suitable and correct design. The design is not only a line, pattern or an esthetical change; it is a process formed by several details. This process is an activity of production consisting of basic steps like knowledge, analysis, synthesis, evaluation and decision making. The problems should be analysed first and after having the necessary knowledge, considering the functionality, esthetical design should be developed. The production properties of membranous fibres require a special processing and design. Not only the right designs but also the production quality is vital important. Special production techniques, controls with tests,181 personnel that is able to proceed a smooth production, specific norms and a production plan concerning total quality assurance, are necessary. The clothes should be light, comfortable, long-time usable, washable, and protective in many respects, They should be preferable with their fabric, colours, design and sportive appearance. In this study designs are developed for climbing sports, considering, anatomic factors, antropometric measurements, ergonomy, measurement ratio, thermal comfort as weir as the properties of the textile product such as quality, production, knitting, ad field of usage.
