Abstract (EN)

In today's technology, the number of components on integrated circuits has reached the limits of Moore's law. Future technologies that will increase the benefits of Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor (Cmos) technology are being researched. Memristor has caused to be in the ascendant among its competitors because of its low power consumption, low space occupation and, most importantly, its ability to hold data even when the system power is cut. In this thesis, logic designs with memristors, the integration of memristors as hybrid structures in Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor (Cmos) systems was simulated in Virtuoso Cadence Design Envoriment program. Sneakpath current problems and solution methods were investigated in Crossbar architectures used in Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) and data storage systems and different solutions have been proposed. In this thesis, the research of memristor technology will enable us to integrate new technologies more easily in our national technology enterprise.
