Abstract (EN)
In the abstract, in- service training is a planned, organized process which is organized by the employers and aims to increase the knowledge, skills and effectiveness of the employees on an identified topic. It also covers the trainings that is done in order to improve the employees' skills, innovation and knowledge about their profession and targets the work done in best way not a career for the employee. It prevents the conflicts in business and helps improving the communication between groups and provides organizational union and training of employees.In this study, we give a brief literature to rewiev about in-service training in health organizations and we have use a questionairre to measure the job performance. It includes one hundred and eighty one (181) participants who are employees of Maltepe Health Group and its sub-institutions.As a result of the study, the necessity of in-service training, the willingness to participate and the perception at the time of training and after training of the employees are evaluated. By the answers given by the survey participants, the necessity of in-service training looms large. However it is observed that at the time of training, the correction of the insufficient or wrong applications observed by the employees is of great importance in terms of the efficiency of the process.Key Words: Training, In-service training, Performance, Health services
