The duties of profession foundations and their contribution to the protection of public order (The model of Ankara chamber of commerce and Hakkâri chamber of commerce)

To obtain public order is very essential for living in presence and confidence of public. The state has given some duties as a public service to the profession foundations when make a necessary legal regulation. Profession foundations essential contribute to obtain public order and achieve these public duties.In this thesis, specially, it is aimed to collect information in a general perspective on the statues of law and general properties of all of the professional foundations, information about some of the fundamental profession foundations, and basic knowledge that relates to the obligations and the authorities of professional foundations. Thus, it is tried to hold a projection about the duties of profession foundations that could have been done by making a summary and synthesis of different ideas on this topic. Then, in order to better indentify the basic problems on the Professional foundations? execution of their duties. And then, it is asked the opinions of the members of Ankara Chamber of Commerce and Hakkâri Chamber of Commerce by questionnaire application. In Findings and Comments part of thesis, it is explained the comments and evaluations of these chamber of commerce members? views and attitudes about the topic according to the frequency and percentage values by using the scanning model. As a result, in this thesis which we take two cities as a sample, it has been presented with literature scanning, comments and findings that profession foundations have essential contributed to protect public order.Keywords: Public Institution, Profession Foundations that are qualified as Public Institutions, Profession Foundations, Chamber of Profession, Chamber of Commerce
