Abstract (EN)
The educations basic purpose given on the education boards; to prepare individuals for life in all ways. Therefore it's wrong to see educational institutions as a structure that only prepares students for examination system and gives the course. Social activities can provide students personality development and skill. Through social activities we can educate healthy individuals with self-confidence, communicative and capable of expressing himself/herself. The society consisting of people educated this way will advance easily and the standard of life will rise. To obtain all these results like taking advantage of social activities in the most efficient way; administrator, teacher and parents must be in harmony. Even if one of these factors impact social activities negatively, it will make harder to achieve the desired results. At the beginning of my work after giving general information on Turkish Education System and management concepts, social activity concept has been explained.
