Vocational high school climate executive size effects of conduct

General purpose of education and teaching activities in schools is securing that students are educated healthy, efficient and providing contribution to society with every ways. Through this purpose, for ensuring an efficient education and teaching, schools have to form a suitable and positive organization climate. There are a lot of factors that effects organization climate but the main factors are managers, teachers, students and parents that composes the school. The relationship and harmony with each other of these four facts effect school climate directly. Managers' behaviours and attitudes in school develop the organization climate positive or negative way which this is on the top of these facts. Because of this, subject of this study is how teachers see behaviours and attitudes of managers. Vocational high schools which is in the center of İstanbul composes whole universe of this study for managers' in the vocational high schools behaviour extends how effects school climate.331 teachers who works in Kartal schools are the sampling group. This study is made for exposing managers' in the vocational high schools behaviour extends' how effects the school and how teachers see these effects. In the statistical analysis of obtained datas; arithmetic mean, t test, one-way variance analysis and Scheffe test are used. Obtained findings are interpreted with tabulation. Then for the results, some advises has been made.
