Abstract (EN)
The improvement level of the society is so stricted with the economical development power.The economical power is bounded to the production power,development of industry,technology and the concordance power with technology.For this reason, various technical tools for to reflect business life is so needed for the development of the society and the aimed technological level .The way of this is essential data and the training of qualified personel.The expectation from vocational technical schools, which are founded to train qualified personnel, is to take students a step in business life by taking academic and daily acquaintance.Probation period which is focused on highly itensified professional training is so important for these students to prepare business life career.As we all know that no artificial method take place the truth one so the probation period is the best way in training.With this research,the utilities of probation period is verified in a survey done in 2 industrial vocational schools comprimising 500 students in different areasAs a result of research;students completed probation period have so professiaoanl skills and acknowledge for target job in future and also behind of all these facts students have chance to show their personal skills.Key Words: Probation, Vocational School, School Management Collaboration, Qualified Personnel
