The effects of directors, who work in vocational schools, in realizing an eficient, quality, contemporary education

My research has been done in order to measure the effects of the directors, who work in vocational highschools, in realizing an efficient, quality, contemporary education. The research has been applied to the cultural lesson teachers such as Maths, Literature, Religion, Philosopy and to vocationallesson teachers such as Accountancy, information technologies, Office management and teachers. These teachers have been working in vocational trade highschools in the districts of Güngören. Bağcılar and Bahçelievler, Which arein the European part of İstanbul. The results have been reached by analysing the data gatheredfrom this research, in SPSS programs. İn this researchthe effects of the vocational highschool directors in realizing an efficient, quality and contemporary education, and in doing this their differences have been examinedaccording to the variables of sex, service period, department, age and type of school. While doing this research, the schools have been visited and a questionarie has been applied to each teacher one by one. This questionarie of the effects of vocational highschools directors in realizing an efficient, quality and contemporary education consists of four sub-factors. The data have been interpreted by doing percentage t-test, Anova (one way varience analyze) and the scheffetest.
