Abstract (EN)
Job satisfaction and career choice competencies in working on this study and is intended to determine the causal relationship between the states of well-being. Personal information form to collect data in this study, the choice of profession qualification scale, scale-being and job satisfaction scale was used well. Working in various sectors in Istanbul Province in research it has been done on 390 people. The data obtained in this study have been analyzed with the help istats software package. Descriptive statistical methods to analyze the data, t-Test- Anova test, correlation and regression analysis were used. Research results in the choice of profession qualification levels and job satisfaction was found positively correlated and well-being. The adequacy of the choice of profession has concluded that improve the psychological well-being. Choosing a career is concluded to increase the job satisfaction of competence.
