In this study, to use comunication and computer tecnology in to education which is used every case, the part of lesson History Of Fasihon ?Fashion Of A Decade The 1940-1950? in to use web based instruction and traditional instruction case to understand which one is more productive and influential and if it is contribute to learning and help to constitute permanent documents. Studies universe is, the universities in Turkey which have students to learning History Of Fashion lesson. Studies example areas is, who take Gazi Universty Faculty Of Vocat?onal Educat?on Cloth?ng Industry And Fash?on Des?gn Educat?on Branch 2006-2007 Education Spring Semester Lesson to History Of Fashion who were student from third class. At the studiy of scope, sudents were realted lesson with traditional instruction and web based instruction, at the and of the lesson they had test and survey. For to fix diffirince between the traditional instruction and web based instruction, t-test was applied. At the survey, 20 questions were asked to students. The likert type scale with five choices is used in the survey which is formed to collect data. The answers, which ara given to questions of the survey, are written in the tables and their aritmetical avarages ara taken. At the result of the study, web based instruction and traditional instruction?s success influential diffirence is found very meaningful. When we look the survey , we seems that web based instruntion is attract attention and win approval like traditional instruction.
