Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this research; The aim of this course is to examine the relationship between the talent, interests and values of the vocational education center students and the department they study. The research model was chosen as it was aimed to reveal the relationship between the talent, interests and values of the Nilüfer Vocational Education Center and Osmangazi Vocational Education Center students in the 2018-2019 academic year. "Self-Assessment Inventory tarafından developed by Yıldız Kuzgun was used as data collection tool. Data analysis was performed with the help of SPSS 23.0 package program. According to the results obtained from the research; In Nilufer Vocational Training Center, the students of the department of mechanical engineering have the highest talent, the shape space ability and the lowest ability verbal ability. The students of the automotive department were also given the highest ability as numerical ability and the lowest ability as verbal ability. In the Osmangazi Vocational Training Center, verbal ability and shape space ability of male and female hairdressing students were indicated as the highest talent. Suggestions were developed based on the findings of the study.
