Abstract (EN)
In this study, it was tried to identify educational material accesing problems for visually impaired students who received vocational education and an educational material was created for visually impaired students. This descriptive study also has a qualitative research model in terms of detecting problems and material creation. As a result, diffuculties arising from accessing materials written in Braille(Braille writing system) for students with visual impairments such as inability to reach libraries abroad, inability to access Braille tools and equipment due to economic deficiencies and not knowing the Braille writing system by lecturers teaching the visually impaired students were realized. Moreover, it was determined that the solfege book named "Lavignac 2C" used in solfege education which is included in the content of Western Music Theory and Practices course in Gazi Education Faculty Fine Arts Education Department has no edition created with the Braille writing system. In order to eliminate the material shortage in this field, the book "Lavignac 2C" was written with the Braille writing system and presented to the use of visually impaired students.
