Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of sub-dimensions of professional self- efficacy on organizational citizenship behavior. In accordance with this purpose, the study was conducted with 388 primary and high school teachers working in private/public schools throughout Turkey. Exploratory factor analysis of the scales used in the study was performed. The validity and reliability levels of the scales were interpreted using the Cronbach Alpha coefficient. In the study, an evaluation was made on two dimensions of self-efficacy and a single dimension of organizational citizenship. The findings obtained in the study showed that coping behavior and innovative behavior, which are the sub-dimensions of self-efficacy, have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.
