Evaluation of the total quality management practice in vocational and technical educational institution

In this study, the application of Total Quality Management in institutions and the historical development of it and the quality in education was studied. In addition the application and mantality of total quality management (TQM) in education invocational and technical education soot was examined. The study claims and illustrates that this management type which is based upon quality in education and the satisfaction of customer intrading companies can be applied to vocational and technicians in the society would be fulfilled. TQM in education, the advantages of TQM in education and applications were inquired. The sourch of data acqired with interviews. The applicability of TQM in education was assessed.
