Abstract (EN)
Keywords: Technical expertise, career development, functional expertise, technical path, leadership,management styles. Employees can improve both themselves and their companies throughout their business life. The gains for them are both competency-based and technical. Competency-based gains; consist of observable, measurable and distinctive behaviors that are critical to corporate goals and critical to corporate and personal performance. The concept of competence; It is a set of behaviors that includes knowledge, skills and attitudes that can be observed and measured, which are critical in the development of corporate and personal performance. Competencies, on the other hand, are observable, measurable, and distinctive behaviors that are critical to organizational and personal performance, consistent with the objectives of the organization The Professional Technical Expertise Model is designed to provide our employees with an alternative career path, identify and develop expertise appropriate to the company strategy, needs analysis in technical areas, and make training and development plans. There are two paths for the careers of employees with this model. Leadership Path and Expertise Path. Each employee has different areas of development.Therefore, creating a single career path for all employees; will cause unhappy employees in the short term. With the Professional Technical Expertise Model, suitable career planning is made for all employees. According to the findings of the study, creating a way for the employees to advance in their career plans not only by leadership but also by their technical expertise increased employee satisfaction and loyal.
