Özet (EN)

The aim of our study; The aim of this study is to investigate the regulatory effects of moderate-intensity swimming exercise in rats with fructose mediated metabolic syndrome, some gene expressions involved in apoptosis and myogenesis in muscle tissue, and miRNAs targeting these genes. A total of 21 experimental animals were used in the study. The rats in which metabolic syndrome was formed by adding 30% fructose to the drinking water in the first 5 weeks (except the control group) were randomly divided into 3 groups with 7 rats in each cage, then the rats in the exercise group were divided into 50% 50% for 3 days a week for 6 weeks. -60% of moderate intensity swimming exercises were performed. In this study, samples of muscle tissues mRNA (BAX, FAS, MFN1, MFN2 and MSTN) and miRNA (miR-329-5p and miR-17-1-3p) were studied at Fırat University Hospital. In the study, it was observed that the BAX gene decreased statistically significantly in the exercise group compared to the control and metabolic syndrome groups (p<0.05). It was observed that there was a statistically significant decrease in FAS in the exercise-applied group (0.47±0.01) compared to the control and metabolic syndrome groups (p<0.05). It is observed that MSTN decreased significantly in the exercise group compared to the metabolic syndrome group. It is seen that there is a statistically significant increase in MFN1 and MFN2 in the exercise group compared to the control and metabolic syndrome groups. It was observed that miR-329-5p increased statistically significantly in the exercise group compared to the metabolic syndrome group (p<0.05). It was observed that there was a statistically significant decrease in miR-17-1-3p in the exercise group compared to the control and metabolic syndrome groups (p<0.05). As a result; showed that 50-60% of moderate-intensity exercise applied to rats with metabolic syndrome has positive effects on the components of metabolic syndrome.
