Abstract (EN)
Compounds of metal complex CoSO4, NiSO4.6H2O, CuSO4.5H2O, MnSO4.H2O, Mn-suc, Cu-suc, Ni-suc, Co-suc, Na2suc.6H2O chemical prodiction. In order to understand whether the samples are produced in the desired structure, it is necessary to take the known and applied IR spectroscopy and evaluate accordingly. This method is expensive and long-term and an alternative method is to measure X-ray mass absorption coefficients. By measuring the X-ray mass absorption coefficients, it can be determined how much percent of the desired structure grows in the sample, which is an advantage. Furthermore, the measurement of X-ray mass absorption coefficients of these samples is important due to their application areas.
