Abstract (EN)

The synthesis of soap free grease was realized with help of the reaction between amines and isocyanates. The physicochemical properties of these greases were studied, in relation with functional groups of synthesis chemicals. The functional groups of amines and isocyanates affected the morphology, thermal and mechanical properties. The chemical structure of synthesized grease types was analyzed with FT-IR studies. Also, C-NMR analysis was realized for further investigation of bonding in synthesized diürea and polyurea. The standard testing methods described in ASTM and TSE, were utilezed to determine the performance of each type synthesized grease. For this purpose, penetration value, dropping point, oil bleeding ratio, four ball test and copper corrosion tests were realized. In order to study the thermal stability of different types, TGA and DSC analysis were carried out. The morphologies were investigated with help of SEM analysis and discussed on the topic of chemical structures.
