Abstract (EN)
In this research intertextual reading approach in Turkish lesson was applied on the 5th grade students and it was tried to be discovered whether intertextual reading approach has an effect on the improvement of creative writing abilities of students or not.The study group of the research consists of the 5 th grade students trained at Akpınar Primary School which is depended on Kırşehir Directorate of National Education. In the research ? pre test ? post test control group experimental method? was used.As the means of data collection ?creative writing rubric? developed by Öztürk was used. The rubric of creative writing covers eight sub - points which are ?Originality of ideas, Fluency of thinkings, Flexibility of opinions, Word power, Sentence structure, Organization, Writing style and Grammar. In the research creative writing styles were analyzed one by one in these eight sub-points.In the research unilateral variance analysis( One ?Way Anova ) was used in the data examining of the identification of the experiment and control groups? relationships both in themselves and each other. The normalcy distrubition of the gained datas was examined and started to study according to the results of Kolmogorov-Simonov Test.With the aim of determining the source of the difference between groups ?Posthoc? was made and the results of ?Scheffe? test was used in this context. As the result of the research It was noticed that when compared with the students in the control group, creative writing abilities of the students in the experiment group on whom the intertextual writing approach was applied, show an improvement in all of the eight sub points.
