Mawdûdi's approach to mutesabih verses in his work titled Tefhîmu'l-Qur'an

The concept of mutashabih in the Qur'an has been a word that has been researched by the method of tafsir and related sciences. Under the leadership of this concept, unknown or similar words were called mutashabih. When we look at the interpretations of the Qur'an, the number of words called mutashabih is quite high. The meaning differences given to these words constitute the general framework of our research. It has been tried to understand how Ebu-l Ala al-Mawdudi, one of the important names in the recent history of Islamic thought and tafsir, gave meaning to and interpreted the verses and words that were accepted as mutashabih. What other scholars of science have said, approaches and comments on this subject will be investigated and what different discourses are will be examined.
