Determination and evaluation of religious motivs at Mevlana Celaleddin-i Rumi`s Mesnevi

Mevlana Celaleddin Rumi and his book called as Mesnevi are very important for Turkish-Islam Culture history. Mevlana was affected by not only Budism, Christianity, Quality of a jew and old Turkish Gök Tanrı belief, but also Eflatun, new Eflatun ideas, Suhrever dilik and İsmaili Batını movements. The effects of Vahdet-i Vucud and Insan-ı Kamil doctrine are seen in his belief motifs. Mevlana who wanted to reach essential by means of belief motifs gave important to contenst rather than shape. Batın philosophy affected the interpretation of belief motifs. Moreover the effects of religion and philosophy systems are seen in the religion motifs.
