In this study, it was aimed to determine the effects of three different mycorrhiza species inoculation on avocado seedling development and plant nutrient uptake, the effectiveness of mycorrhiza and the dependence on mycorrhiza in avocado plants. Glomus caledonium and Glomus intradices species and indigenous (mix mycorrhiza) mycorrhiza were used in the study. Mycorrhizal species had significant effects on avocado seedling development. The highest shoot length and stem diameter were obtained in seedlings grafted with Glomus caledonium. The lowest shoot length and stem diameter were found in control plants without mycorrhizal inoculation. Plants with the highest number of leaves have been found in indigenous mycorrhiza spores' inoculation; The least was determined in control plants. The highest plant fresh and dry weight and SPAD values were determined in seedlings grafted with Glomus caledonium. PSII activity of mycorrhiza-grafted plants was found to be higher than control plants. The highest mycorrhizal infection rate was found in Glomus caledonium (100%). The highest value of dependence on mycorrhiza was obtained in seedlings grafted with Glomus caledonium with 75.61% and with natural mycorrhiza with 47.90%. Plants treated with mycorrhiza had significant effects on plant nutrient uptake.
