Özet (EN)
A great deal of attention has recently been focused on the selective recognition of anions by means of synthetic receptors due to their potential applications in many fields, ranging from environmental monitoring, industrial purposes to clinical diagnostics. More specifically anions play important roles in medicinal chemistry (maintenance of phosphate and sulphate concentration during dialysis) and catalysis chemistry (such as anion template synthesis). Same anions have been linked to waterway pollution (from runoff of nitrate- and phosphate-containing fertilizer) and carcinogenesis (metabolites of nitrate). The tripodal synthetic receptors constitute a special class of acyclic ionophores, which consist of multiarmed ligands that can coordinate with the target anion. The application of microwave technology in organic chemistry has been explored extensively within the last decade and a large number of publication and reviews have clearly shown that many types of chemical transformation can be carried out successfully under microwave condition. Most importantly, microwave irridation processing frequently leads to dramatically reduced reaction times, higher yields, less formation of by products, easier work up matching with the goal green chemistry, solvent-free organic transformations, atom economy and selective of reactions. In this study, four new tripodal receptors were synthesized under microwave irridation in quite high yields and they were characterized spectroscopically. In the second stage, recognition properties of these tripodal receptors towards some anions and organo ammonium salts were studied by 1H-NMR titration method.
