Occupational health and safety law in the ministry of national education

This study, titled Occupational Health and Safety Law in the Ministry of National Education, has been prepared to determine the administrative legal and criminal responsibilities of employers and occupational health and safety professionals in the Ministry of National Education through the current legislation in ensuring occupational health and safety, which has a very important place in our country and in the world. In the study, in line with the purpose and scope of the Occupational Health and Safety Law, the legislation on occupational health and safety in the Ministry of National Education was examined. The responsibilities of employer and employer representative in the Ministry of National Education and the assignment of occupational safety experts and workplace physicians in the Ministry of National Education were explained in the light of legislation and judicial decisions. For the effective implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Law in the Ministry of National Education, the establishment of the Workplace Health and Safety Unit and the assignment of coordinators and office managers were explained, and the determinations that would help to understand the concepts of occupational health and safety in the Ministry of Education, which is a public workplace, were made. The implementation of the occupational health and safety concepts in the Law on Occupational Safety in the Ministry of National Education, the legislation published by the Ministry of National Education on the subject, the administrative, legal and criminal responsibilities of the employer and employer representatives to be addressed in terms of the implementation of the Law, rights, responsibilities and obligations of employees and employers in the Ministry of Education were examined. Suggestions were made for the institutionalization of occupational health and safety concepts in the Ministry of National Education, which is the public workplace.
