Özet (EN)
The aim of this study is to deal with the nationalization realized during the passage period to national economy. Our study has started after the death of Atatürk and covers the nationalization period until the Democrat Party government. Starting from the period before Turkish Republic concerning the foreign capital, the nationalization activities starting in the republic period is discussed. Especially the companies nationalized after the period of Atatürk is dealt in detail. Then the reasons for the termination of the nationalization activities are explained and our study finishes. As a result of our study, we see that nationalization is not forced however it is done by the contracts made mutually in accordance with the conditions of that period. These nationalization activities do not cost too much for the state. Even state has gained some profit concerning some nationalized companies. The most important feature of the nationalized companies is that they have strategic importance. Together with passing to the liberal economy, nationalization activities have also ended.Key words1.Nationalization2.Foreign Capital3.Statism4.National Economy5.Liberalism
