In the national struggle and social studies, teachers views on given the recent history of Kastamonu

This thesis consists of three parts. In the first part, it have been mentioned the purpose and importance of thesis after a general introduction. In the second the circumstances that led to the start of the National Struggle, the importance of the War of Kastamonu and environment, studies conducted in the region of the National Struggle, have been mentioned reactions of the locals, the organization of the women in Kastamonu and about weapons and ammunition shipment with support for the fight. In the third part in the activities of the National Struggle in Kastamonu that given the extent and giving place to place in social studies teachers' views on how the matter should be given condition assessment is conducted. The content on this study, the National Struggle period of transition from the First World War made an overall assessment is briefly explained. Then the importance of protecting national movement from the beginning to the end of Kastamonu from geography, it was mentioned the organization of all kinds of help and support the people who lent Kastamonu. In particular, the size of their spirituality, emphasizing the heroism of women in arms and ammunition shipments are laid before our eyes. This thesis also lacking in the teaching of local history matters with reference to teachers' views and suggestions on what should be done is evaluated.
