The working conditions on national defence laboring

The importance of the defense industry increases day by day. Defense industry, as element of national saverignity, is supported, guided and supervised bu every state. The main idea under this sector is to manufacture wapons which have economic and politic features independently and wıthout the negative effects of international conditions. Developed countries reflect their technologıc and economic superiorities an defense industry sectör and set a military force with a high capacity with the manufactured. Because, military force is the base for national security and international politic activities. Military force nedd is the leading factor to lead countries to defense industry. The other factors are that the wapons are items with social and economic features, and the economic benefits of weapon exportation.Defence industry is firmly connected to the altogether industry, country?s economy, patential of scientific research, labor force, miltiary and strategic requirements and concepts. And, defence industry must have some priviledges, security, and special characteristics apart from due to economy or profit. As a natural result, the main features of it are grouped high technology and quality, extensive logistic support, single customer in the domestic market, a foreign market under foreign effects, huge and usually private investment, high technology is used, high technological levelled industry. In order for the experienced labor force to work well and effectively, the applicability and improvement of ?Working Conditions? is one of the most important terms.Working conditions term is almost similarly defined in many scientific research and study. Socially and psycholojically, working conditions are related to individual?s work selection and devotion to the workshop. Accordint to the many writers defined the term in İnternational Laboring Organization?s, which is the top establishment in the labor world, publications as the conditions by labor law, social transfers, work security and health, rules of admittance and dismissal to/from work security and health, rules of admittance and dismissal to/from work, work effectiveness and satisfaction, frienship at work, relationship with and feedbacks to the administration and branch selection and change.Collective Labor Agreements are the only docements, where working conditons are assessed between employer and employees, ahd so far consist mostly solary deficiencies only because of the economy of the country.Generally, we can say that the relation between employer and employess has been peaceful since long ago. In the Defence Industry Laboring, ghe difference between Turkey and the other countries, is that it is only classified separetly form the rest of the labors the professions and work is not important, in this classification, but the emplyoyer is the main concern.The Naitonal Defence Industry Laborers of approxiately 31.000 with families and relatives form an important partion of our population. The improvement in the human-industry relation depends on unprejudiced development on the working conditions. By a conteporary approach, the working conditions prove important in that the work of the employees in exchance for a reasonable salory, having the right to contriloute to the decisions at workshop, and in short their satisfaction with the workshop and life.There fore; the purpose of this hesis is to put the conclusions, evaluations and recommendations accordingly to improve working conditions.Key Words: Defence industry,Wapons, Wepon exporation, Working conditions, Employer, conteporary approach
