Process and knowledge management in architectural projects

In recent years, knowledge management has become a pretty dwelled upon subject and one of the most popular methods in the management area. Quick developments in communication technologies have made firms inevitably develop strategies that pay attention to the knowledge. In this case defining business processes clearly and managing them effectively and improving through the recent developments have become very important. In this thesis, assuming that process and knowledge management which is use for ensuring a competitive continues advantage can be an effective tool in architectural project work, . both of the two management methods will be explained briefly.
