Minhac-ı Rumat (Introduction-text-index)

This study consists of transcription of the work written by Mehmed Emin Vahîd Pasha in the 19th century, Minhâc-ı Rumât into Latin letters, language analysis, text and index section. Kemankeş, who lived in the period of Ottoman Empire in Minhâc-ı Rumât and has a range in Istanbul Okmeydanı, who sew stones at these ranges and shoots arrows at these ranges, are mentioned. The study consists of four chapters: Introduction, Text, Language Analysis and Index. In the introduction, there is information about Mehmed Emin Vahîd Pasha and Minhâc-ı Rumât. In the language analysis section, spelling features of the text, sound and morphology are explained with examples from the text. In the text section, there is a transcriptional translation of the manuscript created with nesih type. In the index section, all the words and word groups of the work, which is translated into Latin letters, the language of the words and their meanings in the text are given alphabetically. The directory is prepared grammatically.
