Abstract (EN)
In this study, we will examine the one of the complex subject in the inheritance law which is accepted in general and a topic with many controversial issues, it name is the hotchpot duty of the heirs. In the first part, we will examine the notion of the hotchpot duty of the heirs, its legal character, its differences of similar concepts, its conditions and its subject; in the second part, we will examine the case of the hotchpot duty of the heirs.
