The effect of Mirza Ali Muhammed on Bahaism association

The aim of this study is to try to determine the effect of Mirza Ali Muhammad and his Bahaism to his association. Mirza Ali Muhammed claimed that he is the gateway, the Bâb, to the expected Mahdi with the effecet of the act of Shaykhism in Iran geography in nineteenth century. He and his follewers started the act of Babism. Mirza Hüseyin Ali claimed himself as a prophet after Bâb's death and transformed the act of Babism into the form of Bahaism. Bahaism wich builds its thought and belief system on the basic concepts of Islam is recognized as a religion whith more than five million followers now.
