Abstract (EN)

Mobbing(psychological intimidation), forcingemployeesto excludebusiness life, ignoring, stalking, harassment and badbehaviordeliberatelyappliedlike money, and sometimes that leads toincurableillnesses, is a process ofindividualleavespermanentphysicaland psychologicaleffects. Mobbingattackwhich is calledas theemotional, the psychologicalpressureon peoplewhoattack the target, creating the identity ofhis runningregular, continuous,andaimsto eliminate thepersistentattacks. Mobbing, discredit, intimidation, repression,violence inthe abstract, any kind ofmeaningfulbehavior, such as intimidation, word,action, movement, andrefers tothe text. Activeemployeesof the business life, to transformpassiveemployees, aiming todestroy themis oftenabstract, but sometimesthe concreteform ofan attack.Mobbingin the public sectoritself, is simply ignoredthe workof employeesin workplaces, sharesuccesses,givento them, exaggeratedfailures, presents itselfin the form ofrestriction ofopportunitiesto showtheir skills and knowledge. Characterized by intenseemotionallywoundedand powerperformancesof employeesin these enterprisesis insensitive totheparticularmanagementsituations, problemsmay becomesystematic, and can be converted intomobbing. Sincelast 25 yearsin manyEuropean Union countries,which are subject toresearchstudiesin our countryin recent years,increasingtomobbing. Investigating the presence ofmobbingin harm toindividuals and to societyin all respects, the sourceforthe detection andprevention ofworkwill benefit. In this study, mobbingmobbingpartiesare introduced andthe causes, symptomsemphasized.
