Abstract (EN)
Individuals participate in events (conferences, congresses, symposiums, seminars, etc.) organized in areas where they feel interested or lacking in order to improve their personal and professional equipment. Activities also aim to expand the social environment created by professionals in the area of interest. These organizations make people better equipped in their areas of interest and open up ways for them to have jobs that provide better opportunities as a result of an expanding professional network. Efficiency themes and participants should be well planned by the organizing committee to ensure that the events are demanded and sustained. Arrangement of these activities requires regulators to spend a lot of labor. At this stage, the organization owner uses current technologies to lighten and facilitate the workload. Unfortunately, organizations are looking for a more cost-effective alternative because the hardware and software required for this purpose are costly. This study covers system design and implementation with minimum cost for good planning, management and control of the activity to achieve its objectives. In the study, a server computer is used to connect the phones and exchange data with smart phones with a current and common mobile operating system. The server computer provides the connection between the users and the database, hosting the Web Api software depending on the work being done. In this study, the organization regulating the activity with the application revealed; During the activity, it is possible to follow the movements and preferences of the participants momentarily, to direct the participants to the desired activity and to be able to obtain different reports from the data collected after the activity.
