Mobile based reservation management system: An example of a football field carpet

In this study, the reservation systems and working methods of the existing football field management companies were examined and the missing and defective aspects were determined and the solution ways were searched by the help of technology. The effects of the existing physical reservation system on the football field management companies to the users have been examined in terms of their positive and negative aspects. The development of a hybrid application that can be used both mobile-based and web-compatible to make football field reservation quickly and easily without disturbing the time of sports fans using the technology, who are an indispensable part of life today, are the basis of this work. It is possible to make the system established with many innovative features such as intelligent entrance key of the changing room, reporting tools, as well as being user-friendly by analyzing the needs of the football field management companies and their customers and being able to make reservations. In the test phase of the application, the users are satisfied with the system and the proposal of increasing the sense of corporate identity and quality of the football field companies using the application is emphasized. The mobile-based and web-compatible football field reservation system, which has the ability to be continually improved, will save time in the process of making reservations and cancellations on existing conditions, and will enable businesses to manage more healthily and efficiently. It is possible to add different modules to the system with many new possibilities that the technology brings and will bring.
