The evaluation of the effect of mobil cell phone on the early stage of the devolopment of the neurol tube of chicken embrios

Abstract (EN)

AimThe aim of this study is is the exam the radiation effect of mobil cell phone on the neurological devolopment of the chicken embrios.Material method:We classified 4 different groups. Group 1: control group Group 2; stand by (the group effected by an open cell phone ) Group 3: Call position (the group effected by a calling cell phone) Group 4 : talking position (the group effected by a talking cell phone ). We used 200 Specific Patojen Free (SPF), 50 and 72 gr in weight , fertile, daily, white Leghorn type eggs taken from Manisa veteriner and research enstitue. We used 50 eggs for each group. We took the chicken embrios in 37+-0.2 C and wet 60-70 in ratio. The first group was the control group and we led them in phislogical conditions. Second group was led near the open mobil cell phone, in the third group had called for 10 seconds per 30 minutes, the forth group had led by an open position mobil cell phone for 45 minutes and repeated per 30 minutes. All groups were placed in equal distance , <25 cm near the mobil cell phone. We broke all eggs in 30., 48. and 72. hours and we put them in %10 formalin solution. We took sections in 5 micron thin after rutin parafine protocol. Some of the sections were examed with Hematoxilen Eosin. And we compared the histologocial differences with the normal groups. We took serial sections from each group to study the neural tube segments for evaluate the apopitotosis with TUNEL test. And we tried to mark the apopitotic cells by using immunohistochemical to find the distrubition of Bcl-2, caspaz-3, caspaz-8 and caspaz-9 .FindingsComparing the results of TUNEL and H-E results we found that the opening of neurol tube in 30 . hour continues in 48. hour in the third group. But in the following stages we found that neurol tube had closed.We found the TUNEL results statistically significant in 30. and 48. hours in the third group . (P<0.001We found that the Bcl-2 levels were normal in the 1., 2., and partly in the 4. group and increased activity in the 3. group. Bax had week immunoreactivity in 3. and 4. groups. Kaspaz 3 immunoreactivity was negative in the 48. and 72. hours in the control group, had mediate activity in the third group 3 and had week activity in 48. hour and was negative in the 72. hour in the other groups. Caspase 9 immunoreactivity was week in group 1, 2 and 3. in the 30. hour and was negative in, group 1 and 4 in the 48. and 72. hours. Caspase 9 activity in the third group was week in all three stages. Caspase 8 activity was intermediate in the third group in a all three stages.ResultWith the results of our study we found that the mobil cell phones effects the devolopment of the neurol tube of the chicken embrios.We can?t comment about the late term of embriogenic devolopment because we stoped this study in early stage.It?s needed more studies to comment about the results of the late term of the embriogenic devolopment.
