The use of mobile application acceptance model in mobile

One of the sectors most affected by the rapid developments in technology is the banking sector.Continuously renewed technologies have caused traditional banking to be affected structurally.This process,which started with the use of information technologies,turned towards banks,internet banking applications and finally mobile banking applications with the development of internet technology. The main reason for all these developments is to try to meet the needs of the changing world faster and to provide a more innovative service in line with this change. The banking sector makes serious investments to develop mobile applications in the light of techonological developments.The total number of customers registered in the system for mobile banking and having at least once is approximately 83 million as of March 2020.Of these,52 million 481 thousand people(63 percent) have entered at least once in the January-March period.In order for banks to be more successful people who have logged in at least once should be maintained. The aim of this study is to reveal the behavioral intention of mobile banking towards the acceptance and adoption of bank customers with the mobile application acceptance model. The universe of research consists of individuals over the age of 18 living in Bursa and using mobile banking.In the study, quantitative research was used and the data were obtained bu using face to face interviews,survey technique and online survey application on the internet.The Total numbers of questionaires evaluated and used in the analysis is 382.In the research ,the data were analyzed bu applying AMOS, LISREL programs and Structural Equation Model(SEM).In addition, descriptive analysis and factor analysis were performed with IBM SPSS Statistics 23.
