A research on the factors affecting customer satisfaction in mobile food order applications

With the development of technology, face-to-face shopping has been replaced by online shopping platforms. As it is both faster and more effortless, customers prefer the internet for all kinds of shopping. Today, mobile applications and internet are used in the food industry. In the study, "Do mobile food ordering applications, which are so preferred, satisfy the customer enough?" search for an answer to the question. The aim of this study is to analyze the variables that affect consumers' satisfaction with mobile food ordering applications. For this purpose, the users of mobile food ordering applications operating in Turkey were reached with the convenience sampling method and the data were collected with the survey technique. The structural equation model created was analyzed with the AMOS statistical program and the descriptive statistics and comparisons related to the research were analyzed with the SPSS statistical program. According to the results of the research, a significant effect was found between mobile food ordering applications and customer satisfaction. Likewise, a positive effect was found on customer satisfaction and mobile food ordering, which is the other variable of the research.
