Abstract (EN)
Companies must control their facilities about pricing and revenue management in the Furniture Sector which in there are a lot of the same small firms are working and will work.In this paper, this paper which is about Pricing and Revenue Management is prepared with the analyzing the past data (2006-2007) in the one of the most famous company in furniture sector and calculated the criterions of pricing sensitivity. And the parts of this study, the alternative methods applied and drawn graphs about diagram of demand and price. After this application, the study is evaluated in the unlimited constraints. At the end of this study, optimum solutions are accounted with TORA and ILOG OPL Development Studio IDE programming in the limited constraints.The difference approach was obliged to use because the demands are not certain during the terms of year. The data was used as cumulative. Result of the study, Studies which is about the different sector but demands are not certain like furniture sector can use the same cumulative methods.Keywords: Pricing, Revenue Management, Diagram of Demand and Price, Criterions of Pricing Sensitivity, Flexibility, Slope, Furniture Sector, Perishable and Durable Goods
