The example of Serdivan AVM about the analyse of thermal insulation techniques which are used on modern buildings

Key words: Thermal insulation, Energy, Thermal insulation products, Thermal insulation applications, Heat exhaustion.In this study, heating energy requirement for per year, heat losses and heat gains of a building which are isolated with uninsulated and alternative thermal insulation products on the basis ofrulesfor theTS 825HeatInsulation were calculated and the cost analysis of this systems were made for the pilot shopping center Project. As a result of this study, although the heat insulation is between %2 and %5 of construction costs, it provides %67 savings on annual energy consumption and on heat requirement which is required to heat the building for an hour.In the entry section of this thesis was informed about the insulating and the insulating techniques. And in the second section, the importance and the development of thermal insulation, the descriptions which are used for the calculating of thermal insulation, the determination of heat exhausting and the regulations about thermal insulation was emphasized.In the third section was touched on the definition of thermal insulation products, the internal structure of them, the specialities which were claimed from thermal insulation products and the thermal insulation products which were produced and were imported.In the fourth section, the thermal insulation techniques which were used for the wall,roof and floor which caused the heat exhaustion and the products which were used in practice was represented.In the fifth section, the specific heat exhaustion and the heat energy requirement of pilot Project for per year were calculated with the thermal insulation systems which were created with uninsulated and alternative thermal insulation products and the cost analysis of this systems were made. For the pilot shopping center project was based on the TS 825 thermal insulation rules.In the sixth section, the results of thesis was evaluated and advices for the thermal insulation systems were passed on.
