Abstract (EN)

In this study 571 questionnaires were applied via the internet. The majority of the questionnaire was composed of participants living in Ankara, and the remaining part consisted of participants from 43 provinces. Likert-type five-point response categories were used for the paranormal belief scale. These are "strongly agree", "agree", "undecided", "disagree", "strongly disagree". There are 27 questions in the paranormal belief scale. The paranormal belief scale of our study is divided into four sub-dimensions: religious attitude, superstition, magic and planetary dimensions. According to the T-Test; religion, superstition and planetary attitude do not reach a gender significant level. According to the Anova test; religion, superstition, magic reach a meaningful level in terms of age, but planetary attitude does not.
