Abstract (EN)
With the development of technology modes of production and consumption varies and changes everyday so various studies are being performed to improve the current living conditions. Although the food production for the rapidly in creasing world population considered enough, many people are endangered with hunger. So nutrition requirement of increasing population will only be provided by increasing the crop fertility in a unit area. According to the statistical data 22% of the Daily calorie consumption of human nourishment is provided from corn. Corn constitues 18.6% of the total cultivation areas and 27% of the total production with 157.1 millions ha of total cultivation areas and 578.2 milliontons of total production of the world. It takes a share of 4,6% of the total cereal production with 700 thousand ha of cultivation area and 8.0% of the total production with 2.7 milliontons of production in Turkey. In this study it is intended to identify the line of descent of the approximate lines by using 64 pieces of flint corn lines for to produce high popping featured, adaptable, high quality and productive crops. A dendrogram was made by using 35 units of SSR primer to perform this process. As a result of dendrogram, a wide genetic variation between the studied corn lines were identified and 6 units of crop clusters were generated. The lines of CM19 and CM44 has generated a seperate cluster on their own. The line CM19 is a line developed from Aydın population by BATEM and the line CM44 is a line developed with in the scope of flint corn population breeding by KTAE. Within the pure corn lines used in the study; the lines CM39 and CM40 along with the lines CM49 and CM50 are determined as the closest lines to each other.
