Abstract (EN)
This study consists of an introduction and four chapters. In the introduction after generally looking at the age in which Molla Fenari lived we tried to give information about the life, the students and the books of Molla Fenari.In the second chapter, we tried to sunvey the legal sources of İslam, methods of extracting provisions from resources, purposes of the provisions, the definitions and the explanations about contrast and preference.In the third chapter we tried to mention the thoughts of Molla Fenari about the provisions extracted from the Islamic resources.In the fourth chapter we tried to explain the thoughts of Molla Fenari related with interpretation, simulation and legal issues.In our work we came to the conclusion; that Molla Fenari, write his book to explain the thoughts of the Hanafi scholars, combined the fundementals accepted by the Shafi?i and Hanafi scholars as comperative, joining the methodolojic differences between the Hanafi and Shafi Schools he compromised the distant concepts.
