Molla Hasan Yusuf and Züleyha (page1b-55a)

In this study, the work of Yusuf and Züleyha which was written by Molla Hasan Pasha in the 17th century was translated to contemporary language and examined. In this piece, it has been focused on the love of Yusuf and Züleyha and Hz. Yusuf's story is also included. The story both written and oral take part in Turkish Literature as a frequently processed subject. Firstly the study was translated which was written with alphabet of transcription and then translated to contempopary language. While dealing with study, I stick to the story. Prophet stories included in Kuran-ı Kerim are important in point of being in the holy books. Besides the piece of Yusuf and Züleyha's main theme is dual love, Hz. Yusuf's life, his Prohetic process has alsa been discussed. The attitudes of Hz. Yusuf's brothers and his father Yakup Prophet frequently take part in the piece. It has been focused on love theme which met frequently in our Literature as of its subject. It is widely take part in not only Turkish Literature but also Arabian and Persian Literature in point of the processing of Yusuf and Züleyha's story. While dealing with the masnavi Yusuf and Züleyha, it has been tried not to get out of this lime considering the conditions of the period. When we look at the stories of Yusuf and Züleyha, it has been observed that it was written both prose and poem.
