Abstract (EN)

The aim of this research is: to determine the degree of motivation, career management and career development of teachers and directors working as MEB?s employees and their point of view through individual career planning and development, this research reveals the relationship of these phenomenons to increase the performance of the teachers and the directors in MEB. Questionnaires, applied to the staff in Esenler Education Zone, are used as a means of research. 763 questionnaire forms are valid throughout the study. Frequency, arithmetic average percentage, free group T test and one painted variance analysis are the means of research to evaluate the data. At the end of the research: the motivation of the employees are high, on the other hand they think that they don?t get enough concerning their efforts and the facilities of MEB aren?t enough to supply chances of development for them. The teacher and the directors think that they won?t be able to reach the statue they deserve. They think there is no equality but too much favoritism in their foundation. Their perspective of career management in MEB is quite negative. The application of career management as a phenomenon of motivation isn?t effective at local primary education schools.
