This thesis deals with two parts: The first part contains two aspects: The first aspect: The discussion was about the efforts of one of the most distinguished scholars who has a high and lofty stature among scholars and in the field of science, namely: Sheikh Al-Faqih Al-Nahwi "Abdullah Bin Ali Bin Abd Al-Rahman Al-Damliji," the well-known as Suwaidan Al-Shafi'i (d. 1234 AH), where the talk was about his scientific life, his sheikhs and students, his books and writings, his scientific status, his doctrine and his creed, and then I concluded it with his death. As for the second aspect: I explained in it the methodology of Sheikh Al-Damliji, which is: his general approach to interpretation. And his approach in his interpretation of the verses of legal rulings, and his approach and resources in the hadith of the Prophet, and the description of the manuscript. As for the second section: it was related to the achievement aspect of the text of the manuscript, and the abstracting of the texts contained therein, following the sober scientific method followed by the scholars of this art in achievement and directing. It is important and worth noting that I mentioned the effort of Sheikh Al-Damliji in his manuscript, as one of his valuable efforts was that he collected forty verses from the Holy Qur'an in various issues and explained them in a scientifically, rich and valuable manner, accompanied by authentic prophetic hadiths, effects and sayings acceptable to scholars, and in some places he refers to a jurisprudential dispute in issue and choose the most correct ones.
