Deciding the landscape potential of Mudurnu city

By the city life?s capturing the man in time, the human being who is a part of the nature is looking forward to the nature. With the rising population in the name of needs, awry buildings and open space and green areas consumption rise, cities which grow unconsiously and unplanned avoid the circulation of air in the air corridors and don?t give way to the fauna and flora. In the growing period of cities, the necessity of landscape is understood well. In this study, Mudurnu town related to Bolu wishing to be a city and not want to leave its natural beauties and culture is chosen to decide its landscape potential. The town is searched about nature and culture and is adviced to avoid to leave its landscape beauties in its growing as a city period. The literal searching in the searching area is done and its natural, cultural and socioeconomic features are examined. Advices that Mudurnu?s unharmed structure to complete with its landscape are given. In order to see the point of view of the town?s people, needs and wishes, semi standart questonaire are made and used on three hundred participants. In the analyzing the data taken from questionaires, the SPSS statistic program helped with computer is used.For results, as Mudurnu town saving its personality and wishing making turism steps, having a growing city image, it is advived to save and grow its landscape and given advices.
