Abstract (EN)

In the 1950s, it is not possible to talk much about women writers and poets in our literature. In a period when women writers were not heard much in the literary field, Müfide Güzin Anadol attracted attention with her works. M. Güzin Anadol, who stepped into her literary life after starting to teach, mostly described the human landscapes of the places she lived in her works. She never forgot Devrek over time and kept it in a special place. Devrek shows itself in her poems, stories and novels. Anadol, whose articles were published in various newspapers and magazines throughout her artistic life, had various articles and poems published in magazines such as Kaynak and Kıyı, and at the same time, a novel was serialized in Vatan Newspaper. She used a clear and understandable language in her works. Sometimes her poems, which she wrote in a conversational tone, can show a feature close to prose. Müfide Güzin Anadol's works generally deal with the lives of low-income families, human views from the city, and attitudes towards the disruptions experienced by society. This study attempts to examine Müfide Güzin Anadol's novels and stories in terms of structure and theme, and her poems in terms of theme, form and technical features, elements of harmony, language and style.
