Criticisms of the Islamic world in the light of the concepts of the thinkable, the unthought and the unthinkable in Muhammed Arkoun

In this thesis, we aim to rethink and discuss the areas that Muhammed Arkoun, who is well versed in the cognitive and intellectual tools of the western world, conceptualized as thinkable, unthought and unthinkable trios, and which he believed brought limits to the world of thought for various reasons, against the pressure and attacks of the western world on the Islamic world on an intellectual, intellectual and belief level. It is aimed to reveal the efforts of our thinker who wants to attract attention. As someone who has experienced both the Islamic world and the Western world and sees the differences and areas of conflict between them, it is aimed to understand his ideas and suggestions for the solution of the problems. Qualitative research and discourse analysis techniques were used as research methods. In this context, Arkoun's books, articles, interviews and sources written about him were examined with the discourse analysis technique.
